Package the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
